With the CareMeda Connect dashboard, providers can obtain real time vitals while conducting a virtual visit, document visit details within the dashboard (can be integrated with any EMR) and send patient/disease specific surveys to evaluate the clinical status of a patient. Pre built surveys can be used, or customized surveys can be built by the care team. Through the CareMeda Connect dashboard, providers can also view trend data over days, weeks or months to appropriately advise patients and access patient data from any computer or mobile device.
