Our team at CareMeda understands the value of connecting.  Whether connecting a patient with their healthcare provider or connecting a senior with their loved one, CareMeda’s technology can bridge the gap that time and distance cause in our daily lives.

We all saw firsthand the changes brought about with the Covid pandemic, but many of these issues were rampant in healthcare and the senior care industry prior to the onset of the pandemic. Points of Care, Healthcare Systems, Senior Care Facilities and Home Care Organizations had to quickly modernize in order to safely and efficiently deliver care to some of their most vulnerable populations​.  Our vision was to create a software solution and technology that filled the current gaps in the Healthcare and Senior Care Industry and provided meaningful connections for care recipients.

CareMeda is a software solutions and support company that was founded in response to an overwhelming need for better and more streamlined care delivery systems.  CareMeda leverages technologies like remote patient monitoring devices, mobile applications and artificial intelligence software to enable seamless and collaborative virtual care for healthcare recipients, and seniors, whether living at home or in an aged care community.
