The caregiver dashboard enables care teams to remotely monitor health data in real time, and view trends/health alerts for their patients and can be used to view multiple patients at one time, or to view detailed data on an individual patient. Wellness check in calls can be made directly from the caregiver dashboard, allowing one touch communication with patients. It can be installed on any computer or mobile device.
